Returns

Eligibility: You can return items within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, we accept returns for defective products only, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products

Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@billetera.in with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@billetera.in.

Exchanges: Not accepted

Cancellations

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
